Mr Gwanmesia was extremely friendly and calming each time I have met with him. He discussed my nose with me at my consultation and listened to what I didn’t like about it. He gave me realistic expectations. On the day of my surgery he talked me through the procedure and what he was going to change about my nose. After my surgery he visited my room and made sure I was ok, and informed me that the surgery was a success and again explained the procedure he had performed. He has done a fantastic job, He did exactly what I asked for and has been great throughout the process. He gave me a lot of information about after care which helped me tremendously, and has answered any questions I’ve asked since having my surgery. At my follow up appointment, 2 months after my surgery, I met with Mr Gwanmesia and discussed my results. Again he was easy to talk to, very friendly and helpful. After a consultation I decided to go with DR Gwanmesia as he made me feel most at ease from the start. He was recommended at first due to being an expert in revision surgery as I had a bodged septo rhinoplasty on the NHS which needed correction and also to make the nose smaller and straighter. We had a meeting prior surgery to discuss what I wanted from the surgery and he made suggestions and we agreed on what we both wanted from the procedure. I met him on the day and he was calm which made me feel better as I was getting nervous by then. I was in surgery for 3 1/2 hours which was a bit longer than I expected but was down to Dr Gwanmesia wanting the results we talked about and also a lot of scar tissue from the previous surgery and breaks. It has been 6 months since surgery and I could not be happier with the results and how it now looks. Couldn’t speak highly enough on how Dr Gwanmesia and just wish I would have found it first time round!
