This 18 year old lady attended Dr Ivo’s office in Harley Street requesting a rhinoplasty procedure. She was unhappy with the wide nasal bones, the width of her nose as well as a wide alar base. All of the above issues were corrected with an open ultrasonic rhinoplasty. The procedure was performed with a Piezo device. The before and after photos show her outcome at only 6 weeks post op
